Carey, Beverly SCOTIA Beverly Carey
passed comfortably on June 28, 2013 while residing at Baptist Nursing Home. She
has joined her late husband Edward Carey, who passed away in 2009. They were
married 50 years. Mrs. Carey had two children, a son, David Dixon, who passed
away in 2008, and her daughter and her husband, Jewels and Brad Ritchie.
Beverly leaves several grandchildren, Joseph, Stewart, Rachel, Heather, Todd
and Diane Sue. There are six great-grandchildren. Both parents, Edward and
Beverly Carey, will be laid to rest in a graveside service at Vale Cemetery,
907 State St., Schenectady on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 11 a.m. Those who
attend are invited to join the family at Smokey Bones for lunch.Published in Albany Times Union on August 21, 2013
